Suntime (Liaoning) Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. (abbr. SPE) is a modern enterprise system solely-invested Hong Kong enterprise. SPE is an important base of R&D and production for high quality aluminum alloy casting in domestic and foreign high voltage switchgear industry, automobile industry, aero***ce industry, high-speed and urban light railway industry, robotics and medical industry, general equipment manufacturing industry. The co***ny is located in Binhai Industrial Park of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It has a total area of approximately 700,000 square meters, along with three phase building schemes. The annual output of aluminum alloy castings will reach up to 100,000 tons upon the completion of the third phase. In the meanwhile, the total area of the first phase is about 200,000 square meters, equipped with more than 400 equipments, approximately 100 R&D and technical personnel and a total of 1000 employees. The first phase of the project was completed at the end of 2010 and currently in operation. The annual production capacity of aluminum alloy castings of the first phase is around 20,000 tons.
The predecessor of SPE was established in July 1958 whom was named as Shenyang No. 5 Electrician Factory at that time. In 1965, the co***ny renamed itself as Shenyang Electrician Non-ferrous Foundry Factory with the approval from the China Machinery Ministry. In June 2008, Suntime (Hong Kong) Group invested 100 million U.S. dollars to re-build the co***ny, namely Suntime£¨Liaoning£©Precision Equipment Co., Ltd.
SPE has a very strong technical force who also accumulate abundance experiences in casting different levels of high voltage switchgear products, ***cecraft and aero***ce, high-speed railway and robotics products etc. In addition, the co***ny recruited a large number of talents from the domestic foundry industry, in order to supply more reliable and qualified products.
